The views are just so spectacular and pictures don't do it justice. This time we took the little scenic trail to a view of Delicate Arch. Next time I would do the Delicate Arch trail.

The recipe for the IKEA meatballs is about 4 or 5 posts from the top on the freezer blog at www.freezermealsforus.blogspot.com

The first part of that recipe has directions for 5 families. The directions for 1 family is on the bottom of that post. I buy the bag at Walmart that has like 60-70 meatballs for about $4.50. If you find your sauce is just a little too thin... thicken it up with flour. I even threw in some Worchestershire sauce. It was very good! You will have to share any of the yummy meals that freeze well for you guys too!
