I I didn't mean to let so much time go by without blogging. I didn't post my last post because there was a particular picture I was looking for...will post anyway. I will spend the next few posts catching up. Why is it so important to catch up? I'm not quite sure on the specifics, but I do use it as a kind of journal. Also I LOVE to read my friends blogs and see what they are up to. Now is it fair if (as boring as my life may be) I don't let you in on all my conondruns? So, here goes!
We planted a garden with Sister Smith. We have known Sister Smith since we moved into the house across from her 25 years ago. Actually, Kim knew her husband even longer. Kyle was his fourth grade teacher in Springville. It was fun to live by them and now that her garden plot is just more than she can handle, she is sharing a row with us! Kim also loves to help irrigate. She has this big fire hose that she pumps water onto the back lawn with. I haven't seen it, but I will mosey on over one of these days when irrigating isn't at 3:00 in the morning:)
We planted lots of tomatoes, cucumbers, zuchinni, pumpkin, and Thai chili peppers. They are a lot bigger than in these picture now. We have actually eaten one tomato and four zuchinni. We have something like seven pumpkins and cute little Thai peppers. The Thai peppers were what Brandon wanted. I will have to figure out what to do with those?
