Washington DC * Day 4

Kim got up early and went to the Lincoln Memorial...actually he was by the Korean War Memorial...for the 8-28 event with Glen Beck. Since we were there, how could he not go. Surprisingly I wasn't in the mood for the crowds.
So lifelike.

Then I met Kim at the airport and we picked up our rental car.

The architecture at the airport was pretty.
With a little trial and error figuring out the navigation system we made it to our next hotel. Sorry to say that I wanted to pack right up and head back to the Gaylord. This hotel was more like camping.
Then we set our course for Keyser, West Virginia. Three hours later we met Mandy at Courtney and Robbie's wedding reception where we were graciously greeted and offered all kinds of refreshment :) It was beautiful and fun to be a little part of their happy beginnings. Saddly I don't have any pictures, but it was a fun night. We headed back with Mandy about nine and made it to the hotel by midnight.
